At BATIK, we want you to love your artisanal garments; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original security tags to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all batik-specific care labels and tags are attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
